NASC organized a discussion series on September 12, 2014 on “Nepal's Civil Service System in Federal Structure”. Dr. Bhekh Bahadur Thapa, Senior Diplomat,  was the speaker in the program. NASC officials including the Executive Director Mr. Punya Prasad Neupane were present in the program.
