PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY ON ESTABLISHING 'KARNALI PROVINCE HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY'
NASC conducted a feasibility study on establishing Karnali Province Human Resource Development Academy upon request of the Province. The project aimed to explore the possibility of integrating capacity-building efforts of the Provincial Government and establish an academy incorporating sectoral capacity development institutions together. The team submitted Report after several rounds of consultation with the Chief Minister, Ministers, and concerned stakeholders.
