The Professional Course on Management on Development (PCMD) - Narayani Group was officially started with opening ceremony on 21st Falgun 2076. This is the last programme of third phase and was formally inaugurated with opening remarks by Deputy Executive Director, Senior Director, and Department Head of Pubic Service Training Department (PSTD) of the organization Mr. Narayan Gopal Malego.
