B2 Training (Batch:12/13/14/15): Procurement of Works & Consulting services starts from March 21, 2022

The 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th batch of B2- Course (Procurement of Works & Consultancy services) under Capacity Development and Professionalization (CDP) started from March 21, 2022, for 11 working days. The opening ceremony of the training program was attended by nominated officers from key sector agencies identified by the project and federal and provincial government institutions and local levels.
The event was chaired by the Senior Director of Studies, NASC, and Department Head of Governance, and Management Learning Group (GDMLG) Mr. Trilochan Pokharel. Mr. Ashok Jha, ITC/ILO Consultant, Dr. Raghu Bista, Director of Studies. NASC and the Program lead of Capacity Development and Professionalization (CDP) were present in the closing ceremony organized at Auditorium Hall with other NASC officials. 
Dr. Bista shared the program outlines with the participants where a representative from ITC/ILO Mr. Jha shared the objective of the program.  Senior Director of Studies-NASC, Mr. Pokharel welcomed the participants of the program and explained the mandate for NASC to provide the necessary training for the employees of the Government of Nepal and Public Enterprises. After the successful completion of this course, he expected participants will be able in improving spending of budget and public resources with optimum utilization assisting the development of the country. The opening ceremony was hosted by Mr. Gobinda Bhandari, Deputy Director of Studies, NASC.
The course is structured on 11 working-day agenda, where 3 sessions per day will be presented, till April 5, 2022. The coordinators for Batch 12 (Rara Hall) are Mr. Gobinda Bhandari and Ashutosh Neupane; the coordinators for Batch 13 (Lumbini Hall) are Mr.Lila Nath Sapkota and Ms.Roshani Bhujel ; the coordinators for Batch 14(Bhrikuti Hall)  are Ms.Gyan Laxmi Shrestha and Mr Ganesh Kumar Sah; and the coordinators for Batch 15( Swoyambhu Hall) are Mr. Bikalpa Pokharel and Ms. Manisha Maharjan.
