The certification and closing ceremony of the Leadership Excellence Program for officials of Civil Service Hospital was successfully held on 2082/03/13. The event was chaired by Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal, Deputy Executive Director of the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC). Ms. Anita Poudel, Center Chief of the Center for Organization Development (COD) and Prof. Dr. Mohan Chandra Regmi, Executive Director of Civil Service Hospital was also present on the occasion.

On behalf of the participants, Ms. Ranjana Nepal and Prof. Dr. Jitendra Pariyar shared their reflections on the training during the closing remarks.

Ms. Nepal expressed her sincere gratitude to the COD team for organizing the program. She mentioned that the training had provided her with a valuable opportunity to enhance her professional capacity. She reflected that the program served as a meaningful initiation towards better self-awareness and emphasized its relevance in connecting the learning with real-life work situations.

Prof. Dr. Pariyar highlighted the remarkable effort put into organizing the training within a short time frame. He noted that this was the first program of its kind involving senior officials from the Civil Service Hospital. He extended heartfelt thanks to the entire training management team for their excellent design and execution of the program, including the training methodology, resource persons, logistics arrangements, and canteen services.
