Closing Ceremony of Training Program on Financial Management and Audit for the Officials of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC)

The closing ceremony of Training Program on Financial Management and Audit for the Officials of Nepal Oil Corporation Limited (NOC) was held on 26th Mangsir 2080 at Karnali Hall amidst the gracious presence of senior officials of NASC and NOC. The event was chaired by the Executive Director of NASC Dr. Rajan Khanal. Deputy Managing Director Mr. Nagendra Sah and other dignitaries of NOC were also present in the closing ceremony. Similarly, Director of Studies Mr. Baldeb Prasad Joshi was also present in the closing ceremony along with other NASC officials. Twenty-nine officials from NOC completed the training program successfully.

On behalf of all the training participants, Mr. Manohar D.C. thanked NASC and NOC for organizing the training program and shared his reflection of learnings from the overall training program. He appreciated the training contents and the overall management of the program. He expressed that all the sessions of the training had rich contents and can be used practically while making prudent financial decisions at workplace.

Center Head of Center for Financial Management Mr. Baldeb Prasad Joshi congratulated all the participants for successfully completing the training program and expressed his hopes that all the participants will apply the knowledge and skills learnt during the training in their actual workplace.

Similarly, Deputy Managing Director Mr. Nagendra Sah of NOC congratulated all the participants for successfully completing the training program and provided strategic guidance and direction to the graduating participants to apply the knowledge, skills and attitude learnt during the training program in the actual workplace. Then, training completion certificates were awarded to the graduating training participants.

After the certificate distribution, Dr. Rajan Khanal, the chair of the closing ceremony, congratulated all the participants for successfully completing the training. Dr. Khanal expressed his expectation to the participants to take a role as a change agent at their workplace while performing professional duties by properly utilizing the knowledge and skills learnt from the training. He further stressed that NASC has inculcated a learning mindset among the participants and it is now the sole responsibility of the participants to broaden their knowledge base beyond this training program. Dr. Khanal highlighted the fact that learning depends on us and knowledge is everywhere if we are determined to learn with an open mindset.

The training management team of the training program Mr. Gobinda Bhandari, Mr. Krishna Bahadur Thapa and Ms. Anjali Verma congratulated all the participants for successfully completing the training program.
