The 5-day semi-residential Managerial Excellence Programme for Officials of Public Institutions concluded today (Chaitra 23, 2080) with the closing ceremony at Dhulikhel. The closing ceremony was chaired by Executive Director of NASC, Dr. Rajan Khanal. Director of Studies Ms. Anita Poudel and COD Team Members Mr. Shailendra Prasad Bhatta and Ms. Chandni Kayastha were also present at the event. The closing ceremony commenced with a training reflection given by Bhagawati Paudel. On behalf of the participants, she appreciated the well-managed training. She highlighted the fruitful learning platform the blended modality of theory and practice has created. She finally added that the diverse network and the contextual cases, and examples shared by the participants have added value to the overall learning. Participants were felicitated with completion certificates and souvenirs by Dr. Khanal. Dr. Khanal in his closing remarks congratulated all the participants. He also gave critical remarks on the Dream Department Project presentation of the participants. He added the importance of identifying the actual problem of an institution and the citizen-centric perspectives for effective innovation and change management. He requested participants to utilize the bonding and networking of this training for continuous learning and effective service delivery.
