A three-day Master Training of Trainers (MTOT), organized by the Center for Human Resource Management, successfully concluded today. The closing ceremony was honored by the presence of Officiating Executive Director Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel, Department Head Mr. Rajendra Adhikari and Center Chief Mr. Sundar Shrestha.
On behalf of all participants, Surendra Babu Tiwari from Gandaki Province Training Academy, delivered a closing speech, sharing his experiences, reflections, and key learnings gained throughout the training program.
The training proved to be highly fruitful, as 23 participants from different training institutions actively shared ideas and experiences on how to deliver effective training to frontline officials in line with Point 22 of the Government’s 100-Point Reform Agenda, which emphasizes strengthening the training system and enhancing service delivery capacity.
