Leadership Excellence Program for women managers is organized by the Center for Organizational Development, Management Learning Group,  Nepal Administrative Staff College. This program, dedicated to empowering and uplifting women leaders, is a testament to our commitment to fostering inclusive and diverse leadership within our communities and institutions.

This is residential program starting from jestha 32  till Ashad 2 ,2081 for 19 women participants from various organizations  at Dhulikhel ,Kavre .This program aims to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to navigate and excel in their leadership journeys.

The training management team comprise of Senior Director Mr.Binod Kumar Bista ,Director of Studies Ms.Anita Poudel,Training and Research Officer Saroja Shakya and Chandni  Kayastha .
