Today (2080/01/27) marks the commencement of an "Orientation Program on Management and Development" program, designed to equip newly appointed Class-II officers of GON with essential skills and knowledge to excel in their careers.
The opening ceremony, held at Khaptad Hall, witnessed an impressive gathering of 27 newly appointed Class-II officers of GON, including Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of NASC, Mr. Trilochan Poudyal, and Center Head (CIT). During the inaugural address, Dr. Khanal delivered an inspiring speech that underscored the significance of effective leadership and the role of professional development in fostering growth. He shared valuable insights drawn from his own illustrious career, captivating the audience with anecdotes and practical wisdom.
Similarly, Mr. Poudyal outlined the courses and their importance in the training program. He also added, "We have carefully designed this program to provide a comprehensive learning experience that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application.
