The first training program of the second phase of Professional Course on Management on Development (PCMD) course commenced on 14th Magh 2076. On the closing ceremony the center chief of the Center for In-Service Training (CIST) Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel, Senior Director Mr. Bishnu Lamsal, and Acting Executive Director and Department Head of Public Service Training Department (PSTD) Mr. Narayan Gopal Malego were present. All the presented Directors congratulated the participant’s on the successful completion of the program and provided well wishes for the future professional and personal venture. Acting Executive Director Mr. Narayan Gopal Malego distributed certificate to all the participants.
