We are pleased to share that the intensive 40-day Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD) successfully concluded today with a formal closing ceremony held at the Araniko Hall.

The ACMD program, designed specifically to amplify the core competencies, leadership capabilities, and administrative professionalism of mid-level executives, marked its final day with insightful reflections and encouraging milestones.

Highlights from the Closing Ceremony:

  • Leadership Perspectives: The Acting Executive Director, Mr. Basanta Sigdel and the Center Chief of CIsT, Dr. Raghu Bista delivered their valuable remarks, congratulating the participants and emphasizing the application of learned competencies—such as strategic resource management, relationship building, and purposeful leadership—to drive excellence in public service delivery.
  • Participant Reflections: Representing the graduating batch, participants Mr. Bishnu Prasad Sapkota and Mrs. Gyanu Thapa shared their comprehensive 40-day training journey, reflecting on the valuable insights gained, interactive social learning experiences, and collaborative growth.
