
Professional Course on Management and Development, PCMD - 9 was successfully completed on Baishakh 25, 2083 at Araniko Hall, Sampada Sadan. Mr Saurav Koirala, Course Co-Ordinator, extended a warm welcome to all distinguished dignitaries and participants.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of Senior Director of Studies, Trilochan Pokharel, Department Head for Public Service Training Department (PSTD).
In graduation ceremony, representing all participants of PCMD–9, Ms. Aastha Bhatta, reflected on the 32-day training journey, highlighting how the course strengthened participants’ understanding of management principles, self-management, leadership skills, relationship management, public financial management, and professional integrity. On behalf of all participants, Mr. Bibek Panta expressed sincere appreciation for opportunity provided by NASC by designing and delivering a structured and professionally relevant course.
The program continued with the certificate distribution ceremony, led by Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, Senior Director of Studies at NASC. After distributing certificates to the participants, Mr. Pokharel delivered his closing remarks, mentioning the participants for their commitment, discipline, and active engagement throughout the course. He emphasized the importance of effectively applying the learning gained from the program in day-to-day administrative and managerial responsibilities. He encouraged participants to practice effective self-leadership, ethical decision-making, sound relationship management, and responsible public financial management in their respective organizations. He added, it doesn't matter development result is there or not, but cost of development is more important. He also highlighted the issue of "Legitimacy Crisis" and "Time Management" so that considering these we can lift proudly with pride from status quo by maximizing our potentiality.
At the end, he appreciated the efforts of NASC and its partner institutions in organizing the PCMD and encouraged participants to continuously enhance their managerial competencies and uphold integrity and professionalism in public service.
The graduation ceremony concluded on a warm and positive note with expressions of gratitude extended to all NASC Faculties, facilitators, and participants, marking the successful completion of the 32-day Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD).
