Graduation Ceremony of Training on Managerial and Administrative Skills

 Training on Managerial and Administrative Skills for newly appointed Class III Officers of the Government of Nepal ended on 7th November 2022. Twenty-one officers participated in the program. The event was chaired by Dr Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of NASC. Senior Director of Studies Mr Tulasi Sharan Sigdel and Director of Studies Mr Trilochan Poudyal were also present in the ceremony. Ms Smriti Pradhan hosted the event. 
Mr Ayush Pant spoke on behalf of the participants and stated that the training was very insightful. He expressed that this training allowed them to learn about varied topics and know each other. He thanked NASC for the overall management of the programme. 
Mr Sigdel congratulated the participants. He mentioned that five days is a short period, but he expects that these five days have triggered the officers to learn more and energized them to use the learnings from the training in their work. 
Dr Khanal shared that this cohort of officers appointed at different ministries and departments will work to improve the service delivery and the internal process incorporating information technology. He reiterated that this is the age of IT and digitization, and therefore, officers like them should take the lead to change the public sector. In his concluding remarks, he said that one person can make a difference and that the program's participants can become the one. This training was managed by Ms Antovna Gyawali and Ms Smriti Pradhan.
