Logical Framework Approach (LFA) for project planning

A five-day training program on the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) for project planning began today, bringing together local-level chairmen, planning officers, and chief administrative officers.

During the opening session, Shiva Hari Adhikari, Head of the Center for Project Management, delivered a technical overview highlighting the course’s emphasis on results-based management and the use of the Logical Matrix. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel, Head of the Governance and Development Management Learning Group, formally inaugurated the program and welcomed participants.

The workshop is designed to enhance the capacity of local level by providing practical tools to align policy goals with effective local implementation, promoting more consistent and impact-focused project planning at the local level.
