Managerial and Administrative Skills program concludes

The training on Managerial and Administrative Skills for class III officers (Computer Engineers) of Government of Nepal started on Shrawan 30, 2078 has concluded in Ashoj 05, 2078 in virtual mode. Thirty-one participants participated the training program. Executive director Dr. Rajan Khanal, Deputy Executive Director of NASC Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal, and center chief of Center for Induction Training Mr. Trilochan Poudyal were present as distinguished guests on the program. Mr. Sharoj Pokhrel put the overall review and feedback on the training program from the participant’s side with suggestions of incorporating some field visits and physical demonstration of different events. He applauded the effort of NASC in a short notice and thanked NASC for inducting the skills and knowledge, Mr. Poudyal congratulated the participants for completing the training program and suggested the training as a precursor for entering the service with a high morale thought. Dr. Khanal congratulated the participants and suggested them to reflect their learning and understanding while starting day one in their respective organization. He also mentioned the importance of technical human resource in the digital age where the GoN is trying to shift towards the digital service delivery. Dr, Khanal also requested the participants to render their service with their love towards nation. They also thanked the coordinators of the training program Dr. Shyan Kirat Rai and Ms. Shilu Pradhan for supporting the participants throughout the program and the IT team of NASC for their effort in fluent conduction of the virtual training program.
