Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) successfully conducted Discussion Series – 81 on the theme ‘Prospects of Civil Service in Nepal on 21 Poush, 2080 B.S. The speaker of the program was Mr. Bal Krishna Prasai, the former Secretary of the Government of Nepal, and the moderator was Ms. Achala Dahal, Director of Studies at NASC. Mr. Prasai shared his experiences and perspectives, establishing connections between historical elements and the current state of the civil service in Nepal.
The objective of this program was to provide valuable insights and foster interaction for the recently appointed section officers, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from the event. There were a total of 65 participants in the program and the participants were trainee officers of 37th batch of Basic Administration Training (BAT) of Khaptad and Mechi group and faculties of NASC.
