NASC organizes Discussion Series-82 in partnership with PAAN on the Theme ‘Prospects of Civil Service in Nepal’ on Geo-Politics and Public Administration in Nepal on Magh 24, 2080

Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) successfully conducted Discussion Series – 82 in joint collaboration with Public Administration Association of Nepal (PAAN) on the theme ‘Geo-Politics and Public Administration in Nepal’ on Magh 24, 2080 B.S. The key speaker of the program was Mr. Chandra Dev Bhatta, political scientist who has held a research fellowship at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, United States of America. Mr. Bhatta shared various literature based insights on the dimensions of geo-politics connecting the changes from history to the current state across the world and how public administration should understand the crucial lens of geo-politics and make decisions.

During the program, Mr. Krishna Hari Baskota, immediate past president from PAAN have shared his self-realization about the importance of the discussion on public decision and Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of NASC concluded the discussion with his valuable sharing about history of geo- politics, its strategic importance on major events around world and most importantly NASC's different initiation about discussing geo-politics to public officers.
