Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) successfully organized the 85th Discussion Series on 23rd Kartik, 2081, under the theme ‘Human Rights in Nepal: Current Context and Issues’ at Kasthamandap hall, Sampada Sadan, NASC. The event was primarily organized for NASC officials. Mr. Murari Prasad Kharel, Secretary of National Human Rights Commisison (NHRC), Nepal was the speaker in the event. The event focused on the international and national policies of human rights, their practices, components and their interconnections. The session was moderated by Ms. Achala Dahal, Director of Studies.
