The three-day Training Program on Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers officially commenced today, 11th Bhadra 2081, with an inauguration ceremony. The event was led by Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Senior Director of Studies and Head of the Department of Management Learning Group. Mr. Baldeb Prasad Joshi, Director of Studies and Centre Chief of Centre for Financial Management, also graced the ceremony with his presence.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Joshi provided an overview of the course, emphasizing its significance despite the short duration. He assured participants that the sessions have been thoughtfully designed to deliver substantial value.

The ceremony concluded with Mr. Bista warmly welcoming all participants to the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC). He underscored NASC's vital role in enhancing the capabilities of officials and wished everyone a productive and rewarding training experience.
