5-days training of trainers (TOT) program for officials of various public institutions commenced today, November 18, 2024 which is organized by Center for Human Resource Management (CHRM). Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Senior Director of Studies of NASC, presided over the inaugural ceremony on. 
Mr. Uttam Acharya, NASC's Director of Studies, greeted attendees and went over the training's goals and structure during the session. He underlined the significance of the training sessions for the professional development of the in-house trainers in various institutions and underlined that the objective is to enhance their facilitation abilities. Additionally, he urged everyone to participate fully in the conversations.
In the introductory remarks, Mr. Bista greeted everyone and provided a quick synopsis of NASC. According to him, TOT as the proficiency that improves trainers' capacity to foster a supportive learning atmosphere. He emphasized that the success of the program will largely depend on the participants' commitment and attitude toward learning.
