The Centre for In-Service Training (CIsT) under the Public Service Training Department (PSTD) of the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) has commenced the Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD-1). A total of twenty-five officers are participating in this in-service training program.

The opening ceremony was held on 23rd July 2025 at Mechi Hall, Mangal Sadan. Mr. Raghu Bista, Director of Studies at NASC, welcomed the participants and provided an overview of the training program, highlighting its context, relevance, structure, and learning methodologies.

The Course Coordinator facilitated the introductory session, helping participants to familiarize themselves with each other and to complete the essential preparatory arrangements for the training days ahead.
