The 2 nights 3 days residential program on Leadership Excellence for Women Managers started today at Landmark Forest Park, Sauraha with a formal opening ceremony chaired by Senior Director of Studies, Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel. Director of Studies Mr. Binod Kumar Bista and Team Members from Centre for Organisation Development, Mr. Pramod Niroula and Ms. Chandni Kayastha were also present in the ceremony. Mr. Sigdel in his opening remarks gave a quick overview of the capacity development endeavors of NASC for the public as well as private institutions. He also mentioned the need for a Leadership Excellence Program for Women Managers. He shared that making it exclusive for women will open the platform to address the specific needs and issues of this cohort and the residential approach will help the participants to internalize those issues and needs. He further added that the program focused on enhancing the leadership skills of women managers by reframing the role of leadership and also through managing self and relationships.  He concluded his remarks with best wishes to the participants for the successful completion of the program.
