During the 45th series of the Senior Executive Development Program (SEDP), participants in the Strategic Management Module were divided into five distinct groups, each entrusted with the responsibility of formulating a comprehensive Strategic Plan for a designated public institution. These assigned public organizations comprised the following:
• Employee Provident Fund
• Sighadurbar Baidhya Khana
• Department of Cooperatives
• Town Development Fund
• Industrial District Management Limited
With dedication and commitment to excellence, each group diligently crafted a Strategic Plan tailored to the unique needs and objectives of their respective assigned organizations. The strategic plans drafted were enriched by the invaluable input and guidance provided by esteemed subject matter experts from the Nepal Administrative Staff College(NASC). Furthermore, extensive discussions and collaborative exchanges were held with officials of the assigned institutions, relevant ministries, and field experts, further enhancing the strategic planning process. Through this holistic and inclusive effort, each group achieved the successful development of a strategic blueprint that promises to guide and enhance the future endeavors of the designated public organizations. It is with great pride that we announce the official handover of these meticulously crafted strategic plans to the respective organizations, marking a significant milestone in the program's commitment to elevating the public sector's performance and impact.
