The Customer Service Management Training program for public and private organizations' officials commenced on October 9, 2023, and ended on October 11, 2023. Eighteen officers representing eight diverse organizations participated in the program. Binod Kumar Bista, Senior Director of the NASC chaired the program.
Ms. Rasiya Gautam, as the participants' spokesperson, conveyed sincere gratitude for the profoundly enlightening training. She highlighted the invaluable understanding gained in customer service management and extended heartfelt thanks to NASC for their meticulous program management.
Mr. Binod Kumar Bista congratulated the participants. He noted that over the past three days, NASC had provided a foundation for understanding customer service, and he emphasized that it is now up to the participants to refine and apply their newfound knowledge. He highlighted the networking opportunities this training presented and encouraged participants to make the most of this valuable network. Ms. Antovna Gyawali hosted the formal program.
