A five-day training program focused on the Logical Framework Approach in project planning successfully concluded today. The closing ceremony was chaired by Center Head Shiva Hari Adhikari, while the overall event was smoothly coordinated by Shashi Shekhar Acharya.

Delivering the participants' remarks, Baburam Paudel expressed gratitude to Adhikari for his vital role as a resource person in initiating this valuable new training. Paudel emphasized that structuring such programs on a modular basis would significantly enhance the skills of local-level workers, ultimately leading to improved public service delivery and the timely completion of projects.
