A four-day "Training Program on Occupational Health and Safety " starts today at Nepal Administrative Staff College. Participants from  different ADB's Assisted project are present in the training program. The program was chaired by CDRC Director, Mr. Binod Kumar Bista.

He welcomed participants and requested that everyone to extract the core knowledge and experience that the resource person has. The training program includes contents like OHS management, OHS planning and implementation; OHS legal provisions in Nepal; OHS preparations and Emergency protocol before starting work; High Risk Activities on Construction Sites; OHS Monitoring and Auditing; First Aid Demo and demo on CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and OHS in Bidding/Contract documents etc.

The training program will end on April 20, 2023. The program is being managed by Mr. Shiva Hari Adhikari and Mr. Shashi Shekhar Acharya.
