Training of Trainers (ToT) for the Public Institutions commences from 4th Ashwin

Training of Trainers (ToT) for the Public Institutions commenced from 4th Ashwin, 2078 for 15 working days. The training was organized physically in Bhrikuti Hall. The opening event was remarked by the presence of Senior Director and the Chief of Management Learning Group Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel and Director of Studies and Centre Chief of Centre for Human Resource Management Mr. Uttam Acharya. Mr. Devi Dutta Bhatta and Mr. Anup Bhurtel were the Coordinators of the event where Mr. Bhatta hosted the event. Altogether there were 24 participants from 17 organizations in this program among which 17 participants were male and 7 were female.

Mr. Acharya highlighted the importance of ToT for the employees who are working as a trainer or facilitator or intend to work in this field. He briefly provided the overview of the course and wished for effective learning from this training. After the course highlight, Mr. Sigdel formally inaugurated the program by welcoming participants and informing about the objectives of the training. He stressed on 3Cs that needed for a trainer: Context, Competence and Conscience. He related these 3Cs with ToT and added that since there is no capsule to obtain a professional trainer, it is such training program that prepares us as a trainer. He formally opened with program with optimism of inter-organizational learning and effectiveness of physical training.
