Organization and Management Survey of BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital (BPKMCH)

The advent of new technologies and rapid advancements in medical and therapeutic sciences have significantly influenced the delivery of customized healthcare services worldwide, including in Nepal. Acknowledging this and striving for service excellence, healthcare providers in Nepal are making notable progress in patient inflow, turnover, and specialized healthcare services. Recognizing this need, BPKMCH has identified the necessity to upgrade its organizational structure and optimize its human capital to provide world-class healthcare services. 

Major objectives and deliverables:

1. Review and analyze existing organizational structure given the operational context and assess the potential gaps in organizational structure.

 2. Propose an organizational structure based on the nature and scope of the work of BPKMCH. 

3. Propose new staffing standard aligned with organizational structure and functions of BPKMCH.
