The 2020 Asian Association for Public Administration (AAPA) Virtual Conference themed "Towards Sustainable Urban Governance in Asia: New Theory and Innovative Practice" took place today (September 25th). Dr. Maki Ito Tsumagari, JICA Advisor to NASC, and Mr. Bipin Ojha from NASC presented their paper entitled "Responding to Urban Sphere’s Mobility Challenge: A Case of Nepal’s Historic City".
