NASC successfully organizes Discussion Series 89 on the Theme ‘Emotional Intelligence in Public Administration: Strengthening Resilience in Times of Crisis’

The Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) successfully organized the 89th Discussion Series on 18 Kartik 2082 at Kasthamandap Hall, Dikshya Sadan, NASC, on the theme “Emotional Intelligence in Public Administration: Strengthening Resilience in Times of Crisis.” The event was attended by over fifty participants, including NASC officials and representatives from various organizations. Dr. Pramila Thapa, PhD, served as the key speaker, while Mr. Anup Bhurtel from NASC moderated the session. Dr. Thapa shared valuable insights into the dimensions of emotional intelligence and its significance in both personal and professional life, emphasizing its crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of public administration. The program formally concluded with closing remarks by Executive Director Mr. Ram Sharan Pudasaini, who thanked Dr. Thapa for her insightful presentation and for thoughtfully addressing questions from the floor. He highlighted the relevance of the discussion topic for NASC officials, invitees from academia, and public officials, and extended appreciation to all participants for their active engagement and contribution to the session.
