The closing ceremony was chaired by Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) within the gracious presence of Mr. Tulshi Sharan Sidel, Department Head of GDMLG of NASC, Er. Ram Hari Pokharel, Director General of DoR, Er. Prabhat Kumar Jha, Director of DoR, and Mr. Sundar Shrestha, Centre Chief of Centre for Project Management of NASC. During the event, Mr. Damodar Bhattarai spoke on the learning reflection of the overall training program, representing the whole trainees. He expressed that the training is fruitful and beneficial to the professional lives of the trainees. Then Er. Ram Hari Pokharel, Director General, DoR, congratulated all of the participants on completing the training. He highlighted the need for the training and its importance for the performance of the engineers of the DoR. He assured on improving human resources through training. Then Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of NASC, congratulated all of the participants for successfully completing the training. He spoke on the essence of training, which reinforces knowledge and skills enhancement and behavior change. He then formally announced the conclusion of the closing program. Fourteen engineers completed the training successfully. Mr. Gobinda Bhandari and Mr. Raju Pangeni coordinated as the training management team for this ten-day training program.
