The 2 days Capacity Enhancement Training Program for officials of the One Stop Service Centre has concluded on Ashadh 16. The closing ceremony was graced by Senior Director of Studies of NASC Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Director of Studies of NASC Mr. Uttam Acharya, Director General of Department of Industry Mr. Baburam Gautam, OSSC Expert, and former Secretary Mr. Krishna Gyawali and Ms. Yam Kumari Khatiwada and EU for Nepal Program Manager Mr. Mim Hamal. DG Mr. Gautam expressed his appreciation toward NASC and EU for jointly organizing this program that fostered the behavioral attitude of the officials of OSSC and also created a forum to discuss the emerging issues in the investment environment. Finally, Mr. Bista congratulated the participants and requested the participants to apply the learning in their workplace. He emphasis on the importance of the workplace environment and the attitude of employees in providing effective customer service and expressed his gratitude to DoI and EU Nepal Trade Investment Programme initiating this training and jointly organizing it with NASC.
