The 3-day customized Leadership and Management Training Programme for officials of the Department of Drug Administration is concluded today (10 Jestha 2080) in the gracious presence of Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal. The programme was also graced by Director General of DDA Mr. Bharat Bhattarai and the Senior Director of Studies of NASC Mr. Binod Kumar Bista. On the behalf of participants. Mr. Santosh K.C shared his reflection and learning from the training. He acknowledged NASC and DDA for providing them with this opportunity where participants were able to grab the soft skills of management like balancing professional and personal life, negotiation, and performance management that they believe will help them in their work process.
In addition to this, Director General of DDA Mr. Bhattarai expressed his concern on the need for management training for technical staff. He further expressed that his anticipation through this training will definitely come true in their work performance as he has observed that the trainee officials had gained as much as they can through interactive sessions and exercises.
Finally, Dr. Khanal distributed the certificates to the participants and congratulated all of them. In his closing remarks, he shared that training is just a medium through which human resource will get an opportunity to enhance their knowledge, skills, and attitude, however, making it happen depend upon the regular practice and learning attitude of the participants. He gave his best wishes for the future endeavor of the DDA officials.
