The residential program on Leadership Excellence for Women Managers concluded today with a formal closing ceremony chaired Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal by Deputy Executive Director of NASC. Director of Studies Me. Binod Kumar Bista along with team members from the Centre for Organisation Development, Ms. Anita Poudel, Mr Pramod Niroula and Ms. Chandni Kayastha were also present in the ceremony. The 2 nights 3 days program focused on enhancing the leadership skills of women managers by reframing the role of leadership and also through managing self and relationship. Ms. Sarita Shrestha from Nepal Telecom, expressed her gratitude for organizing this event. She further added that the training was very relevant as the training not only touch leadership component but also taught important life skills. After her speech, participant themselves handover the certificates to their fellow participants and congratulated each other. Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal in his closing remarks mentioned that change and transformation is possible if we believe in a leader that is within us. The program was commenced on Kartik 26 at Landmark Hotel Pokhara.
