The closing program of 1st batch PCMD comprising of 30 participants took place on Shrawan 09, 2079 and successfully completed on Bhadra 20, 2079. All the participants graduated successfully. Out of 30 participants, the first position was bagged by Mr. Uddav Neupane.

The program took place in Mechi hall and was granted with gracious presence of the executive director, Dr. Rajan Khanal, Senior director of studies and department head of Public Service Training Department (PSTD) Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel and Director of Studies and centre head of Center for In-service Training (CIsT) Mr. Binod Kumar Bista.

The program started with reflection from Ms. Sachita Thapa, stating the importance and valuable experience of this training and also giving honest feedbacks to the organization on behalf of the entire batch. After Ms. Sachita’s speech, both Dr. Khanal and Mr, Sigdel congratulated and wished best to all the participants for their future endeavors.
