The closing programme of In-Service Training Programme “Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD-4)” for Class-II (equivalent) Officers of Government Organizations was held on 28 Chaitra 2080 at Malashree Hall, Sampada Sadan. It was ceremoniously commenced with the presence of Executive Director, Dr. Rajan Khanal, Department Head, Trilochan Pokharel, Center Head, Nabin Chapagain and the trainee participants. During the closing, learning reflection on behalf of the trainee participants was shared by Ram Kumar Sapkota where he highlighted the essence of each modules and the proficiency of the modular design. The learnings from the training were proven to be both theoretical and practical while he further expressed commitment on behalf of the whole group to follow the learnings in both the official and personal areas. He also underlined on the essence of feedbacks to be provided to the trainees by the senior staff which would beautify the objective of the training on one side while also enrich the personality to the trainees on the other. After the reflection, Department Head expressed on how the training modality is set to modification with the career basis and core competency of the trainees with the nature of diversity in the selection of the participants whereas he congratulated in successfully completing the training programme and extended best wishes for the future tenure. The closing flowed to the certificate distribution to the trainee participants. At the end Executive Director put his closing remarks stressing on enthusiastic follow-up of the learnings from the training as the daily practice would provide the path towards light. He emphasized that the reform should begin from self while the bureaucrats should believe on effort resembled by duty to be performed. Lastly he congratulated everyone and concluded the closing programme.
