The Centre for Organizational Development, Management Learning Group successfully commenced the “Negotiation Skills Training for Officers of Public Organizations” in the presence of Senior Director of Studies Mr. Binod Kumar Bista and Director of Studies Ms. Anita Poudel. The training aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of officers to negotiate effectively in various situations while performing managerial responsibilities and leading their organizations. The opening session included a welcome to the participants, a course briefing, and a discussion on the importance of negotiation skills in the context of the public sector. Participants from various public institutions joined the program with enthusiasm, contributing to a dynamic and engaging learning environment. This training is part of NASC’s continued commitment to strengthening managerial and leadership competencies across the public sector through focused, practical, and interactive learning modules.
