The graduation and closing ceremony of PCMD RARA that commenced from 19 Ashwin 2077 was held on 22 Mangshir 2077. Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal, Deputy Executive Director and PSTD head Mr. Narayan Gopal Malego, Senior Director and GDMLG head Mr. Bishunu Prasad Lamsal, CIsT chief Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel and PMEC chief Ms. Achala Dahal were present in the closing ceremony. 28 class three and equivalent participants from various government and public organization participated in the training program. Mr. Bijay Keshar Khanal put feedback as participant representative where he thanked NASC family for organization of the training on the online modality where participants participated despite of the ongoing pandemic. He also expressed the thought on the balance of the designed course that has addressed almost every aspect of the personal, organization and development aspect required to perform the job assigned. All the representatives from NASC congratulated the participants for completing and securing the first division in the training program. Mr. Sirjana Rimal became the best trainee during the period. Dr. Khanal congratulated the participants on successful completion of the training program, and indicated the role of NASC in enhancing the Knowledge and Skill of the participants and the role of participants in developing Attitude to improve the public service delivery. Dr. Khanal also emphasized the use of IT in public service delivery by the government institutions as successfully used by NASC to conduct online training programs during the pandemic situation too. He also asked the participants to stand-up and perform in their service delivery with the Knowledge and Skills they have acquired through the training program and emphasized that personal effort from individual level counts in the development of a Nation.
