Today marks the commencement of the graduation ceremony for Batch 7 of the Professional Course of Management and Development (PCMD) at the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC). The ceremony is graced by the presence of Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal and the Department Head of the Public Service Training Department (PSTD), Mr. Trilochan Pokharel.
