The five days training on Leadership Development Programme for newly appointed gazette class I officers (Joint Secretary) through promotion started from Magh 06, 2078. Eighteen newly appointed gazette class I officers and dignified guests were present in the program. Deputy Executive Director Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal was present as chair of the program, Mr. Suresh Adhikari, Secretary of MoFAGA, and Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel, Senior Director of Studies and Department Chief of PSTD were present as guests. Mr. Trilochan Poudyal, center chief of Center for Induction Training (CIT), started the formal opening session and formally welcomed the participants and highlighted the relevance of the training program in professional life. Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel congratulated and welcomed the participants and highlighted about the training program. He also highlighted them about their new role and their responsibility to done that role. Similarly, Mr. Suresh Adhikari congratulated all participants on their successful promotion to the position of joint Secretary and highlighted the role of joint Secretary in changed context. He focused the importance of this training program for successfully execution of duties. Furthermore, Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal emphasized that this training programme to enhance leadership competencies to provide quality service to the citizens with greater degree of professionalism. Furthermore, he highlighted the content of training program and encouraged participants to gain knowledge, attitude, and skill to perform their job effectively and efficiently.
