June 8, Lalitpur. Learning Organization and Knowledge management (LO&KM) training for the officials of Public Enterprises starts on Wednesday in Mahakali Hall. The training program started with the opening ceremony in the presence of Management Learning Group Department Head Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel (Senior Director of Studies), and Centre chief of Centre for Knowledge Management and Information Technology (CKMIT) Mr. Uttam Acharya (Director of Studies).
Director of Studies Mr. Acharya welcomed the participants while sharing the context, need for the training, and its design aspects along with the course outline and learning approaches.
Senior Director of Studies Mr. Sigdel during his welcome speech shared the rationale behind designing the program. He further elaborated on the relevance of this training in the organizational development process.
Training and Research Officer Mr. Bipin Ojha facilitated the opening ceremony along with the training management team members, Mr. Shashi Shekhar Acharya and Mr. Ashutosh Neupane. 15 officers from different public enterprises are participating in the training.
