The Center for Organization Development, Management Learning Group has organized a three-day "Leadership Excellence Program for Women Leaders.” There are altogether 27 Joint Secretaries / Class I Officers (Women) of the Government of Nepal representing various Ministries, Constitutional Commissions, Departments, and Security agencies.
The program aims to provide a platform for women leaders to explore and reflect on the principles of transformational leadership, paving the way for their continued growth and impact in governance and administration.
The opening ceremony was chaired by the Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal. Department head of Management Learning Group, Mr. Binod Kumar Bista and Center Chief of Center for Organizational Development, Ms. Anita Poudel also graced the opening ceremony.
