Opening of Leadership Advancement Program (LeAP)

The Centre for Induction Training (CIT) has commenced the Leadership Advancement Program (LeAP), a five-day induction training program for newly appointed Class II Officers of the Government of Nepal.
The program is designed to support newly appointed Class II Officers in strengthening their understanding of public service, leadership, professional responsibilities, and the institutional context of government service. A total of 20 participants are attending the program.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Dr. Shyan Kirat Rai Centre Head, Centre for Induction Training welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of the induction program in preparing newly appointed officers for their roles and responsibilities.
Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, Department Head of the Public Service Training Department, delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the significance of effective leadership, professionalism, and responsible public service in strengthening government institutions.
The five-day program will provide participants with relevant knowledge, skills, and practical learning experiences to support their transition into their new roles as Class II Officers of the Government of Nepal.
