The Centre for Human Resource Management (CHRM) at the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) has launched a 5-day training of trainers (TOT) program for officials from various public institutions. The opening ceremony took place on September 23, 2024, led by Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Senior Director of Studies at NASC.
During the event, Mr. Uttam Acharya, Director of Studies at NASC, welcomed the participants and discussed the purpose and design of the training. He emphasized that the goal is to improve the facilitation skills of in-house trainers in different institutions and highlighted the importance of the training sessions for their professional growth. He also encouraged participants to engage actively in discussions.
Mr. Bista in his opening remarks welcomed all the participants and gave a brief introduction of NASC. He described TOT as a skill that enhances trainers' ability to create a positive learning environment. He stressed that the participants’ attitude towards learning and their commitment will be key to the program’s success."
