The Training of Trainers Program for officials from both public and private organizations ended on December 27, 2023. Twenty-seven officers representing 11 diverse organizations participated in the program. The program was chaired by Dr. Rajan Khanal, Excutive Director of the NASC. Senior Director of Studies Mr. Binod Kumar Bista and Mr. Nabin Chapagain, Director of Studies, were also present in the graduation ceremony.
Mr. Nanda Kumar Dhakal delivered remarks on behalf of the program participants. He expressed deep appreciation for the training, describing it as an exceptionally insightful experience. Participants gained valuable insights into various facets of training and honed their facilitation skills. Mr. Dhakal extended his gratitude to NASC for their meticulous management of the program.
Mr. Binod Kumar Bista congratulated all the participants. He stated that three days might seem short, but he remained optimistic that these intensive days would enable participants to refresh their training knowledge and significantly improve their facilitation skills through practice and invaluable feedback.
Dr. Khanal, in his closing remarks, highlighted the introspective journey that participants undertook during the program. He noted that the program allowed participants to learn the training methodologies and practical aspects of facilitation and presentation skills. Dr. Khanal reiterated that the program's primary focus was to enhance knowledge, refine skills, and produce a new cadre of trainers. Ms. Antovna Gyawali hosted the formal event.
