The certification and closing ceremony of Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD) for the fourth batch was held on 2079/06/14. The event was chaired by Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal, Senior Director of Studies Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel and Director of Studies Mr. Binod Kumar Bista. The event was hosted by Mr. Shailendra Prasad Bhatt.
Mr. Shyambabu Kafle shared his training experience on behalf of all the participants. He expressed that all the modules of the training program were very useful in translating theoretical knowledge into practical knowledge and helpful in taking rational decision. Mr. Sigdel congratulated all the participants for successful completion of the training. He briefly expressed the importance of team work and team spirit in professional life. He further requested all participants to identify and apply innovative idea of public service. At the end of graduation ceremony, Dr. Khanal congratulated the participants and wished them better professional career. He expressed that being innovative in service design and emphatic in service delivery are major component of quality services. He further hopes that this program energizes all participants to take innovative initiations to create better service environment. Altogether 29 participants graduated from the training program. The ACMD Fourth batch was managed by Ms. Shailaja Upadhayaya and Mr. Shailendra Prasad Bhatt.
