The certification and closing ceremony of B3 Training (Procurement of Goods & Consulting Services) that started from 20th of Mangsir was held on 29th Mangsir 2078. The event was chaired by Executive Director of NASC Mr. Rajan Khanal. Director of NASC and Program lead of Capacity Development and Professionalization (CDP) Dr. Raghu Bista and a representative from ITC/ILO Mr. Ashok Kumar Jha were present in the closing ceremony along with other NASC Officials. Thirty-four officers from various key sector agencies of Public sector completed the training program. The closing and certification program was organized at Prithvi Hall at NASC and hosted by Mr. Lila Nath Sapkota; a Training and Research Officer from NASC.
Mr. Lekhnath Gyawali representative of participants thanked NASC, PPMO, World Bank, and ITC/ILO for organizing training on behalf of the group. He shared his reflection of learnings from 8 days of training. He appreciated the training content and overall management of the programme. Furthermore, he suggested on making training course more practical and case based learning.
The chair of the program, Mr. Khanal handed over the certificates to participants and congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the training program. Mr. Khanal highlighted the objectives behind the collaboration of big organizations; NASC, PPMO, World Bank, ITC/ILO together for this training program. He further highlighted the importance of training course on workplace. NASC expects participants utilize this knowledge and skill and reflect in their service delivery.
The management and coordination team for B3 Course Dr. Raghu Bista, Mr. Gobinda Bhandari, Mr.Shailendra Prasad Bhatt, Mr. Lila Nath Sapkota, and Ms. Manisha Maharjan congratulated the participants for completing the training programs.
