The closing ceremony of the five-day Service Excellence Training for the officials of the Civil Service Hospital was successfully conducted on Asar 21, 2083. The event was chaired by Mr. Rajendra Adhikari, Senior Director of Studies, and was also graced by Mr. Sundar Shrestha, Director of Studies.
On behalf of the participants, Ms. Kavita Magar shared her experience throughout the training. She acknowledged the various components of the program and expressed that the training had surpassed her expectations. She also pledged to remain committed to applying the knowledge and skills gained during the training to enhance service delivery.
Addressing the participants, Mr. Shrestha encouraged them to put the learning from the training into practice in their respective workplaces to contribute to improved public service delivery.
During the ceremony, Mr. Adhikari presented training completion certificates to all the participants and extended his best wishes for their future endeavors. He also expressed confidence that the knowledge and competencies acquired during the training would support the participants in delivering more effective, responsive, and citizen-centered services.
