The closing program of 10th batch PCMD took place on Chaitra 24, 2078. 29 out of 30 participants graduated successfully. Ms. Sukha Kumari Rai came first in the merit list of the group.

The closing program saw a gracious presence of Senior director of studies and department head of Public Service Training Department (PSTD) Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel and Director of Studies and centre head of Center for In-service Training (CIsT) Mr. Binod Kumar Bista. They wished for best to all the participants for their future endeavors.

Ms. Shailaja Upadhyaya and Mr. Pramod Niroula were the coordinators of the group. The closing program was hosted by Ms. Upadhyaya. The training started from Magh 10, 2078.
